Through our work on the Regional Educational Laboratory (REL) Northwest, in partnership with WestEd, we have supported the Alaska Department of Education and Early Development (AK DEED) through various needs. One project REL Northwest recently completed in 2022 was supporting AK DEED in delivering a statewide survey to understand how schools were using the state’s trauma-engaged resources and implementing trauma-engaged approaches. Nearly 60% of the state’s public schools responded, which is an incredibly high survey response rate given the one-hour survey required a committee from each school for completion.
REL Northwest is hosting a free, one-hour webinar on May 24th at noon Pacific. Join to learn about developing and administering a large-scale survey, actionable strategies used to achieve a high survey response rate, and valuable lessons learned along the way.
