In 2022, the CIRCLE Grant gave early childhood providers and community partners across Colorado the flexibility to design local solutions to persistent challenges such as workforce shortages, limited access for families, and gaps in responsive care. Two years later, that one-time funding has left a lasting mark. The Marzano Research team was contracted to conduct an evaluation of the program’s impact – the resources below explore our findings.
