Stephanie Jackson, Ed.D.
Senior Education Improvement Specialist
Hello! My name is Stephanie Jackson, and I am a senior education improvement specialist at Marzano Research. With 17 years of experience in public K-12 education, I have served as a science teacher, a Turn Around Specialist for the Florida Department of Education, a school assistant principal, a principal, and a district administrator. Collectively, each of those unique roles has provided extensive experience in coaching teachers, school-based administrators, and district executive leadership in instructional and organizational best practices that promote school improvement and organizational growth. I have a strong passion for working with school and district teams to build instructional capacity in leaders that result in improved student achievement and social well-being. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Clark Atlanta University (HBCU), a Master of Education from the University of North Florida, and a Doctorate of Curriculum & Instruction from the University of Central Florida.
I am a native of the District of Columbia/Maryland metropolitan area. After completing graduate school at the University of Central Florida, I decided to permanently call Orlando, Florida home with my husband and four children. I enjoy spending time with my family, engaging in community service events, and watching the latest Marvel superhero movie.
