Shelby Hubach
Senior Researcher
Hi there! I’m Shelby Hubach, a managing senior researcher at Marzano Research. I have been at the company for 4 years. I work on various projects ranging from a statewide evaluation to a district-level needs assessment. I have expertise in mixed methods evaluation designs. I love working in my home state of North Dakota, where I facilitate working groups to define goals related to their K-12 strategic vision and support ND DPI in their Native American needs assessment work. I’m passionate about helping others make data-informed decisions to improve student outcomes and teacher practice.
I got my doctorate in education and human resources from Colorado State University, with an emphasis on research methods, higher education, and women’s studies. I also have a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from Colorado State University.
