Enid Rosario-Ramos, Ph.D.

¡Saludos! My name is Enid, and I am a Senior Researcher at Marzano Research. Before joining Marzano Research, I worked at a research and development organization and, before that, was in academia for 11 years. I have extensive experience with qualitative and mixed-methods projects and program evaluation, and my areas of expertise include literacy development, youth civic engagement, secondary education and teacher preparation, social development, and personal growth skills. In all of my work, I aim to better understand, attend to, and/or address gaps and disparities so that all students have access to a great education. I received my Bachelor of Arts in psychology at the University of Puerto Rico and both my Master of Arts and my Doctorate in learning sciences at Northwestern University.
I was born and raised in Puerto Rico. After leaving Puerto Rico, I lived in two Midwestern states for a total of 17 years before deciding it was time to go back to year-round warm weather. I am currently based in South Florida, where I live with my husband and two children.
